Surprisingly quick and easy to do an online booking. I did this on a m   obile phone and went through all the way and paid and there were no issues or problems. I would definitely use this again

Lot of people in the pier but not so difficult to find the boat, and it was on time.

The ferries are not large. They fit about 20-30 people. If you are pro   ne to sea sickness I would recommend the back of the boat where you can get more fresh air. However, keep in mind that you are more likely to get wet in these areas

It was hard for children to take two hours on a boat. However, the tr   ip was smooth and we spend the time playing. The company kindly changed our dates as we decided to stay longer on Isabela

I have done the trip from Santa Cruz to Isabela (and return) twice, on   different months, and that definitely makes a difference (during June-July the sea is nos as calm as in December-January). So if you get motion sick and are planning to travel around July, be aware of this and take the corresponding precautions
